Welcome to the 2025 Hoosier Holiday Hoops Tournament Registration.

This registration will allow you to provide contact information for yourself and the players (maximum of 4) on the team.

The following information is REQUIRED for each player:

• Player Name
• Parent or Player Email
• Player Phone Number
• Player Shirt Size
• Player Graduation Year

Payment: To complete this required online registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, Mastercard or Discover card available.

Liability Waiver: Each player must have a parent/guardian complete the liability waiver form to turn in upon check-in on the tournament date. Liability waiver forms can be printed from the Hoosier3on3 page or picked up at check-in on the tournament date (12/30/2025). Waivers cannot be submitted electronically as we need physical copies on site.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued if requested via email prior to the registration deadline and will be reduced by a $10 administrative fee. Refunds will also be reduced $12 per t-shirt if/when ordered. No refunds will be issued after the registration closes (12/23/2025).
